MZA is appointed to develop the energy and utilities strategies for this site in the London Borough of Sutton. The site comprises two warehouse units of 22,600sqft and 21,400sqft and an existing 90,000sqft warehouse.

The energy strategy developed will achieve an 35% improvement on Part L 2015 and a BREEAM Excellent rating. The site utility strategy includes a solution to allow a phased service to minimise the disruption to the existing warehouse facility.
