A new retail and leisure space including retail outlets, restaurants, gym and a cinema, close to the M1 at Junction 46 near Leeds. The project initially involved the peer review of the concept design by others, followed by the lead consultant role for the detailed design, design progression, site inspections and testing for a ten-screen cinema for Odeon within this mixed-use development.
