MZA is appointed by Aberdeen Standard Investments to develop the utility and engineering services strategy for this site close to Purley way in Croydon. The development is to introduce a link road from Purley Way into the retail development and provide a mixture of trade counter and warehouse units of 2,700sqft to 28,500sqft. The development of the strategy for the site is complicated by the large number of below ground utility services that includes 132kVA, 33kVA and 11kVA UKPN infrastructure.
