MZA Acoustics is providing support to Development Managers Limited / QiP in relation to their new build student residential scheme in the centre of Nottingham.
The scheme comprises over 300 student bedrooms spread over several blocks ranging in height up to 8 storeys, with private studios, ensuite rooms in shared apartments and townhouses on the same site. The facilities include on-site laundry, spacious social areas, meeting rooms, study areas, a games room, fine dining room, a cinema room and well-equipped gym.
