Full architectural and building services acoustics design for the CAT B fit out of 3 floors within the Time and Life Building in Mayfair, London. A detailed acoustic model was generated to predict the acoustic behaviour of the space and ensure adequate privacy could be achieved in the open plan areas between floors. The project was designed to achieve LEED Gold standard, requiring background sound levels to be very low. We worked closely with the M&E Engineers to ensure equipment selections were suitable for the onerous specification.
